The more you tell us upfront, the faster we can help. Here is what is useful:
- Equipment list with make, model, and location
- Service address(es) for all locations
- Current symptoms if you have an active issue
- Photos of data plates, problem areas, or equipment
- Preferred service windows that work for your operation
Setting Expectations
We are a two-person operation focused on documentation, PM, and planned work. Here is how we operate:
- We are not 24/7. We do not chase emergencies across the city. If you need someone at 2am, call a larger shop.
- Existing clients get priority. When you are on our PM roster, we already know your systems. That means faster response and no repeat diagnostics.
- We stabilize first, then plan. If you have an active issue, our goal is to get you to a stable state, document what we find, and schedule proper repairs during your off-hours.
- We will tell you the truth. If your equipment needs to be replaced, we will say so. We do not invent repairs to generate invoices.
